When shooting thousands of photos for an event we prefer to get the photos posted as soon as possible for you to view. Some images may not appear to the best representation of colours when you view them. Numerous factors including and most often is your monitor is not calibrated the same as ours, and sometimes we will purposely under expose photos to retain the details and “tweak” later, such as the situation with dog agility in the morning fog.

The recent dog agility event gave us the opportunity to capture some surreal morning fog images BLOG HERE. Photos posted of the dogs in fog in the Events Store are in need of “tweaking” to portray the surreal feeling one had that morning. Samples below of  before/after fog photos.

We “tweak” (if needed) the photos once the order is placed. All our photo prints, including posters, peel n’ stick, canvas wraps are done locally in Barrie, Ontario, then inspected and package by us. Mouse-pads, Cutting Boards, Buttons, Puzzles, etc are printed by a USA partner and delivered by Fed-Ex. Photo files for these products are “tweaked” by us before being uploaded to the product partner, giving us full control over the final output.

When you purchase a Digital Image, small or large size it is treated the same way. Wether it be on Facebook, your website or for your personal screensaver, we want it to be presented as best possible.

Our photographers shoot from many different angels and we try to give you a selection of photos that will tell the complete story of your event. That being said there may be a photo that contains lots of background and you would like it cropped closer. Our new online ordering allows you to specifically crop each photo to the size parameters you wish to order, we then crop to those specified details. However, a wide angel shot MAY NOT always crop in tight enough to give you a poster size of just a head.
